Villa Fields, Bath

Named after the Bathwick Villa (Built 1777 – Demolished 1897), the area around what is now Forester Road was known as Villa Fields. This part of Bath was mentioned in 'The Haunted Homes and Family Traditions of Great Britain' (1897) by John Ingram, 'Another of these haunted houses is in the Villa Fields; but the mysteries connected with it, although alleged to have been detailed at length in a London magazine, we have been unable to fathom.'

As you can see it does not shed any light on what this haunting may have been. I'll add to this if any more information becomes available.
