Crown Dependencies

We have only had one complaint about our gazetteer format.  One in eleven years is not bad, but he did have a point.  The person in question was Manx and he pointed out that the Isle of Man was not part of England, where we had erroneously placed it.  Therefore we have now created a new heading entitled Crown Dependencies and listed the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands correctly under it.
