Wrongly accused of being Bulger's killer

its not the first time the "Mob Mentallity"  has threatened people, Infact it often happens to convicted paedophiles, Infact two paedo's where killed last year (Gordon Boon and Andrew Cunningham) And they still havent found the killers,

and 10 years ago in 2010 a man called Iain Armstrong was targetted and killed by a mob after a "news of the world report" witch "Shamed"  49 suspected paedophiles, Armstrong had a neck brace due to a growth disorder, because of this people mistook him as one of the suspected sex offenders on the programme (Who also had a neck brace) 

Why can't people just ignore Venables for the moment, all this media attention could create a mistrial if he is identified and he may get away with whatever he has done now.

It sells the papers though, doesn't it.

I certainly agree that this poor guy couldn't possible be Venables as the real Venables is locked up.
As Venables now has a new identity then why was it made public that the man was back in prison?
On the "mob mentality" well there will always be idiots with nothing better to do than to find an excuse to bully and intimidate others, whatever the reason. Unfortunatly it does happen and will continue however unjustified or wrong. This behaviour is totally unacceptable.

 
Just another example of the power of the press (don't believe what you read in the papers) - I am reliably informed that a  Paediatrician in England had his windows smashed by a mob, perhaps the first case of dyslexic vigilantes although not really a laughing matter, this sort of mob mentality reporting is shite - but it sells papers.

Yes I remember this. It just goes to show that there are evil people in this world. But they are far outnumbered by the idiots.
