Is the Psychic Sally Morgan a Fraud?
A recent article by Professor Chris French in the Guardian (20 September 2011) throws doubt on the psychic abilities of Sally Morgan, who is apparently a famous psychic I had never heard of.

The controversy actually started when a spectator at one of Sally Morgan's recent shows at the Grand Canal Theatre in Dublin claimed that they could hear voices which where then relayed to Sally; however, the theatre manager claimed that the voices head were simply from lightning technicians. And so when this news broke out, many were shocked! Although Sally defended herself and denied the allegations, I am not sure if the trust of the people will be regained. Moreover, she was not the only psychic who is on the spotlight today because the so-called psychic got arrested for allegedly tricking child into stealing jewelry. There are no figures for how many people fall victim to psychic scam artists but for sure the percentage is aggrandizing. And I do hope that in the case of Sally Morgan, she will be spared. I am not a devoted fan but still I don't want her to be part of the so called "psychic scam artists".
