The Green Faced Ghost
The Brocket Arms, Ayot St Lawrence, Hertfordshire
Haunted by a ghostly monk, the pub is ancient and was a stop off point for pilgrims on their way to St Albans.
Brodick Castle, Isle of Arran
The library is said to be haunted by a male presence. The castle is also haunted by a Grey Lady.
Burton Agnes Hall, Yorkshire
The hall has a screaming skull in its own alcove behind panelling, it is said to cause poltergeist activity if it is removed.

A faceless woman has been seen in the library, and voices have been heard in the castle. A princess is supposed to have been murdered in the Green Room.
Castle Rising Norfolk
Isabella of France was imprisoned here for her part in the murder of Edward II. During her imprisonment she became insane, and ranted and raved like a wild animal. For many years her guttural cries were heard echoing through the castle.

Ghostly eerie screams have been heard in the vicinity of this ancient Egyptian relic, erected in the 1800's.

One room of the castle is haunted by a Green Lady, who walks to the hearth and throws a baby in the fire, workmen are supposed to have unearthed bones under the hearth.
