The Green Faced Ghost
Langside Queens Park, Glasgow, Lanarkshire
Scene of a battle involving Mary Queen of Scots and the Regent Moray, the forms of ghostly soldiers have been seen near the boating lake on the 13th of May.
Lapford, Devon
The vicar John Radford is said to haunt the village, he murdered his curate and was not punished for the crime.

Longleat House, Wiltshire

The ruined castle and its environs were said to have been plagued by the spirit of Lord Lonsdale. His ghosts is said to have attacked a clergyman praying over his corpse.
Mary Culter House
Once part of a manor belonging to the Knights Templar and the Knights of St John respectively. The house is said to be haunted by the ghost of a lady.
Mary King's Close, Edinburgh
This hidden close under the city, was haunted by a dismembered head and a ghostly severed arm.
Marwell Hall, Hampshire
Associated with the phantom of a hide and seek bride. While playing a game of hide and seek, the bride hides in a large oak trunk, which locks and smothers her. She is then seen as a spirit wandering the house. Years later the trunk is discovered in the attic by workmen, and opened to reveal its grisly secret.
Minsden Chapel, Hertfordshire
Haunted by a ghostly monk and the sound of faint music. The monk is supposed to appear on Halloween.
Netley abbey, Hampshire
A supposed hidden tunnel, which contains buried treasure, is said to be haunted and guarded by a ghostly monk.
Peel Castle, Isle of Man
A phantom dog is said to have scared a sentry to death, the dog frequents the nearby churchyard.
Penkaet Castle, East Lothian
The castle is haunted by heavy footsteps with no human source, one of the beds in the haunted bedroom used to show signs of having been slept in.
Pevensey Castle, East Sussex
A spectral army has been heard at full battle below the walls.
