They went over out of curiosity and found that it was a white object like a smooth nosed rocket. They went to fetch some adults who also witnessed 2 6-foot humanoids in one-piece suits near to the object. None of the witnesses saw the object leave and local RAF bases denied any involvement. |

| 9th November 1979, Dechmont Law near Livingston, Lothian, Scotland |
Bob Taylor, a forestry worker with Livingston Development Department, was walking his dog on Dechmont Law, when he came across a large spherical object in a woodland clearing.
This 'UFO' dropped two round objects with protruding metal spikes, which looked like naval mines. These came towards Bob, attached to his trousers and began to drag him towards the larger 'UFO'. At this point he passed out and came to face down on the floor, after a few minutes he managed to crawl back to his pick up truck and drive home. Bob never changed his story and the incident is one of the strangest Scottish close encounter cases. |
