    A quick note
According to Derek and Julia Parker (Atlas of the Supernatural) remains of both a feminine figure and a  Uffington-like horse have been found near the Rude Man.
This book is VERY vague and does not go beyond a passing mention so take it with due acution.

PS: the book was printed in 1990 so it shows that the long vanished figures were known before.

    After a bit of digging
After a bit of digging around, I’ve not come across any mentions in my archaeology books, though I don’t have too much on that part of England, however I’ve been pointed in the direction of the following website which mentions that students in 1997 created a lady friend for the giant which was short lived. I think that there would have been more mentions and follow up work if there had been signs of other figures.

Wiki gives a good overview of our current knowledge of the monument, however we should remember that there is no evidence of it existing pre-17th century. I’m not sure how the Deep Core Imaging satellite works, but I really can’t see how it would uncover a hill figure any better than conventional aerial photography. Even a look on Google Earth doesn’t show any signs of any other figure.
