Today I have some Reiki and went into a very calm state almost immediately.  Throughout the session I seemed to be taking a journey by someone (dont know who though) and went through a wood which was ancient but towards the end  I had a clear vision of a huge cross on top of a hill – I think it was wooden – very domineering against the skyline.

I live on the South East coast of Spain near to the sea. some weeks ago, at about 9pm, I was walking along the coastal pathway, enjoying the sight of a lightning display out at sea.

I came across a note stating the first recorded instance of Stigmata was St Francis of Assissi in 1224 and it only tends to effect deeply religious people. Any thoughts on the subject? Is it paranormal?
