The common problem with this kind of events is that people attending start with a very closed type of mindset, namely that UFO/UAP are spacecraft manned by aliens from outer space. End of story. The name Adamski is enough evidence for me to shake my head in disbelief. As I’ve said maybe a thousand times the UFO/UAP phenomenon poses real challenges to science and needs to be addressed: maybe they are some sophisticated type of hallucination, maybe they are really little aliens buzzing around, maybe they are a complicated physical phenomenon.
Also people claiming abduction or missing time experience should be warned. Regressive hypnosis maybe a useful therapeutic tool IF performed by someone who knows what he/she is doing and IF a mental health expert approved it. It’s not for everyone and cannot be done by everyone.  The disasters wrought by overeager and incompetent hypnotists, even ones holding proper medical licenses, are too well known to be ignored. It’s also well known that it’s extremely easy for a "biased" hypnotist to implant false memories and experience which will haunt the patient for the rest of his/her life since they’ll be remembered as real events. Just look at the livid Michelle Remembers or the wild claims of people being tortured by little grey men inside government facilities.

    I still remember sitting in

I still remember sitting in one paranormal conference listening to a conversation about an alien that had seven interchangable heads.  Thank God they had a bar that was open lol:)
