I don’t know if this should be filed under "Folklore" or "Other Mysteries" so I’ll put it here.
Please know that I’ll refrain from publishing the exact whereabouts of the house since the present owners have requested so.

Years ago on a TV show (sorry no idea what it was) I thought I remembered
that "NASA’s Deep Core Imaging Satelite" picked up the image of a matching
lady/goddess on a hill beside the Giant. She had been allowed to grow back

Mesmerism was popular in the 19th century. But did it have any real value or was it just (quote) ‘a bit of medical quackery developed in the 18th century by the German physician Franz Anton Mesmer (1734-1815)’
There seems to quite a few haunted tales concerning spirits or ghosts attached to certain items. You’ve all heard the story before. A driver going along a lonely road picks up a hitchhiker. Then the hitchhiker vanishes from the car. It is a classic account and one that many stories are based upon, but are there any real phantom hitchhikers? I ask this for two reasons. Firstly, I have never heard a first hand witness account.
